Youth Voices Matter
The ConnectSafely Youth Advisory Council is a group of teens and young adults from across the United States who share their perspectives on technology, social media, and digital life with ConnectSafely staff. Members offer input on ConnectSafely’s projects, help identify emerging issues, and contribute ideas for how to make the internet a safer and more empowering place for young people. By sharing their real-world experiences, members help ensure that ConnectSafely’s work reflects the realities of youth today—not just adult assumptions about what young people need.
Some council members also write posts for ConnectSafely.org, speak at events and contribute to podcasts.
The council meets virtually monthly. Meet the ConnectSafely Youth Advisory Council.
